We are team Ad Astra, a group of eight Brighton Grammar students proudly representing AUSTRALIA at the upcoming Aramco STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore; the world’s leading school-based STEM competition, officially supported by Formula 1.

STEM Racing mirrors the real-world operations of a Formula 1 team but on a student scale. We engineer miniature F1-style cars, deliver technical presentations, manage marketing and finance portfolios, and exhibit our work in a high-stakes international setting.

This event brings together the brightest young engineers and innovators from 58 countries to compete in a cutting-edge engineering and innovation challenge and showcase their skills on a global stage. The World Finals draws an international audience of STEM leaders and F1-affiliated judges, with the live broadcast reaching over 100,000 viewers and social channels engaging thousands of engineering enthusiasts. Onsite, we’ll meet over 1,000 industry professionals, business leaders and competitors daily during the weeklong expo.

Having just finished top 4 in the Australian National Finals, and winning State Finals, we have qualified for the World Finals, placing us among the top 80 teams globally, selected from over 1.7 million students across 30,000 schools in 58 countries participating in STEM Racing.

Looking closer, our school sent a team that finished Top 3 in the World last year, and we are working hard to build on the foundation that team has set us. We now step into their shoes as TEAM AUSTRALIA.

We believe our team presents a unique opportunity for PCBWay to support the next wave of Australian problem-solvers and students who, just like PCBWay, think globally, act with purpose, and thrive on bold, strategic moves to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

We would be thrilled to explore a partnership with PCBWay and are seeking support through:

· Financial sponsorship,

· Product donations,

· And/or mentorship.

Your contribution will directly empower the next generation of AUSTRALIAN engineers and innovators, helping us demonstrate our nation’s commitment to STEM and Project Management excellence.

I would appreciate the opportunity to set up a meeting to discuss potential future partnerships before you make your final decision, as there's much more I’d like to share than I can fit into this message

On our end, we will aim to promote PCBWay in ways including:

· Branding opportunities on our team uniforms, race car, and exhibition displays

· Local Australian exposure with the local community at business breakfasts, school, and external events.

· Global exposure through a live-stream audience spanning 40+ countries

· Engagement with international teams, judges, and event visitors

· Inclusion in STEM Racing publications/documents and social media outreach

· Endless creative possibilities that can be discussed later

· Exciting new opportunity to be invited to exclusive team test days, offering hands-on racing and data sessions (available to Platinum and Title Sponsors)

Attached is our official Sponsorship Prospectus, which includes our team profile, past achievements, and key partnership opportunities. While we outline sponsorship tiers, we’re eager to tailor a custom collaboration plan. We’d love to co-develop a bespoke plan that highlights PCBWay’s brand, values, and business through this unique international opportunity.

If formal sponsorship isn’t possible at this time, we would still deeply appreciate a tax-deductible donation.

If you would like to donate please contact me in regards.

Your donation will be recognised publicly on a donors list, but any association with your brand, e.g. logos, are not permitted to be displayed as part of Ad Astra as per the regulations.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support young AUSTRALIAN talent on the world stage.

We’d love to hear from you - feel free to reach out via phone or email.
