AESIR Robotics - Rescue Robot
AESIR Robotics is a distinguished robotics team that has proudly represented Mexico in national and international competitions. The project is mainly centered around the development of an advanced rescue robot. We are focused on designing and building a rescue robot from scratch, aiming for the RoboCup 2026 competition celebrated in South Korea. However, this is not the only vision we have, we are developing this robot for real - world applications in natural disaster scenarios, where it can have a tangible impact.
We decided to make this project because we are passionate about robotics and its potential to address critical real-world challenges. Our team is focused on simulation and rescue categories , and we believe that developing highly capable rescue robots can significantly aid in disaster relief efforts, ultimately saving lives and mitigating damage. Our participation in national and international competitions representing Mexico further drives us to innovate and contribute to this vital field.
Our robots are designed to navigate challenging environments and perform complex tasks, often in hazardous conditions. While the specific functionalities vary between our robots, generally they incorporate:
Here there are some images and videos of the project and its advancements:
We have a proven track record of success, demonstrating our expertise and dedication:
To bring this project to fruition, we are seeking PCBWay's assistance with the manufacturing of crucial components, such as helical gears. These gears are essential for the robot's movement and overall functionality, and we require multiple pieces for the development and testing phases. In the following image, the pieces we need are like the grey one:
Or, if possible, we would want the entire gear made of aluminium as the following image:
We have worked with many different companies from mexico to make this project real, some of them are:
Currently, we are in talks with the civil defense from our state, which are the ones in charge in risky situations in the country to go to save people, so that they can help us tell us what to improve and what to add so that the project is useful in real situations.
When collaborating with us we can offer you:
We are also open to discussing any other proposals you might have to ensure a successful collaboration.
