Dear PCBWay Team,

I am reaching out on behalf of Team ARC Perceptron, a combat robotics division of the AIUB Robotic Crew (ARC) from American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB).

We are proud to announce our upcoming participation in the National Havoc Robot League (NHRL) this October 2025 in the United States with a 30 LBS Combat Robot. This will be our second appearance, following our debut in January 2024, where we became the first-ever Bangladeshi team to qualify and compete in NHRL — one of the most prestigious and high-energy combat robotics events in the world.

NHRL is an open, international combat robotics tournament held in Connecticut, USA, featuring weight classes from 3 lbs to 30 lbs. It attracts top builders and teams from across the globe, pushing the limits of mechanical design, control systems, and innovation in destructive robot combat.

As part of AIUB Robotic Crew, a team with a strong international track record — including:

  • Finalist positions in the University Rover Challenge (URC) in Utah (2016–2019, 2022)
  • 18th globally (4th in Asia) at URC 2019
  • 11th place at the International Rover Challenge 2023 in India
  • Numerous local and national robotics achievements

We are excited to continue our journey in the global robotics arena through NHRL. Our robot for October is a major upgrade in terms of design, weaponry, and electronics, and we’re determined to make an even stronger impact this time.

To bring our vision to life, we are seeking sponsorship to cover fabrication, electronics, prototyping, international shipping, and competition logistics. PCBWay’s consistent support of the global maker and robotics community aligns perfectly with our mission, and we would be honored to partner with you.

We would also provide detailed build documentation, shout-outs across our social media platforms, and updates from the event to highlight PCBWay’s crucial role in our participation.

If you are interested, we would love to share a detailed sponsorship proposal and team portfolio.

Thank you for considering our request. We deeply admire PCBWay’s commitment to empowering engineers and dreamers across the world. We hope to represent that same spirit in the arena this October.

Warm regards,

Team Lead, ARC Perceptron
