The Tape 2 Tape allows you to make a copy/backup from one commodore tape to another using two Datassette units. I found the pcb made by pcbway to have a very high quality. The card have only 5 components but if you leave out the socket for the 74LS chip (I use 74LSO4N) you only have 4 components . You'l need a Commodore female connector (12 pin" ,a 5V LED, a R470 resistor (a R150 should be enough but you will have a very bright LED) and a optional 14 pin socket.
